The Dalai Lama is famous for his sense of humor. He joked about lacking "supernatural" powers. "If I had healing powers, I would not have had to go for that operation," the Dalai Lama said, referring to a gallbladder operation he underwent in October and because of which he could not attend this year's Forum 2000 Conference, held in Prague.
