Mayor of Kunratice František Vrátný complained of not being informed about what toxic and radioactive substances may be inside the dumping hopper. Also, Vrátný believes that the artificial hill blocks the air flow and thus causes a lack of rain. That's why the population of Kunratice opposes the border change. They don't want the industrial machines and waste to move even closer.
